HOW CAN I ACCESS LTF AS AN APP ON MY PHONE?

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Present your card at point of sale at any participating retailer. They will scan your card and issue your points/rewards. You can choose to redeem the reward on the spot or use it the next time you shop there.
You can also use this point of interaction to be informed of your progress in that particular outlet.
HOW MUCH DO I NEED TO SPEND TO EARN 1 POINT?
It will never be lower than £1/point. Retailers may choose at their discretion to run boosts at any time.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

- Go to the “MY DATA” tab
- Select Manage Subscriptions
WILL I NEED A LOYALTY CARD FOR EACH RETAILER?
No, you will use just one card across all participating retailers.
HOW / WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CARD?
We aim to have your card delivered within 2-3 working days of receipt of order to the address given during registration.
CAN I USE POINTS COLLECTED IN ONE RETAILER IN ANY OTHER RETAILER?
No, points/loyalty gained in any given retailer will only be redeemable at that business. This allows you to build towards multiple loyalty rewards across The Fylde throughout the year and ensures that the retailers are only rewarding you for your continued loyalty to them.
I DON'T HAVE THE INTERNET, CAN I STILL JOIN?
Yes, we offer a plastic card for this reason. Registration is done online and can be complete at any participating store – look out for the Loyal to Fylde window sticker to quickly identify one of our retailers.
WHAT INFORMATION ABOUT ME CAN THE RETAILERS SEE?
Just your name upon scanning your card.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF A RETAILER LEAVES THE PROGRAMME?
Unfortunately there is no way around this. Each business is registered for 6 months-rolling. This is to allow a reasonable time to earn their rewards. Should they decide to leave after 6 months and you have not completed those points with that business will be lost.
WHAT IF A RETAILER IS UNABLE TO AWARD POINTS?
If a retailer is advertising offers yet is unequipped to issue you points please understand that we have provided all equipment/access to them. Various outlets have chosen to use their own in-store pc/computer/tablet to run our platform and is their responsibility to honour the points earned.
We suggest asking the business if they will honour it should you keep the receipt and call back in at a later time.
