Loyal to Fylde wants to give every retailer the opportunity to be involved for FREE!

During 2018 we offer packages varying between £15 and £25 per month depending on how your business operates.  We can discuss your best option in an introductory meeting which you can arrange below.

There is a one-off joining fee of £100 to join us.

When your business is live we will pay you back on a direct commission basis dependent on how many new consumers you can refer to the programme.  This payback will cap when you have earnt back all of your monthly cost.

How do I scan my customers' rewards card?

All scanning is done through our App and we have two options available depending on what type of retailer you are:

1. Retailers using at least one till: We recommend taking advantage of our pre-loaded 7″ tablet.  This tablet will sit at your designated till and this will be your point of collection for reward points.

A customer will either present their physical card or their QR code on their Smartphone App and the tablet uses it’s camera to scan the code.  The customer’s details will appear on screen and you will be able to issue the points based on the cost of the transaction.  This is all complete within seconds.

2. Sole/Mobile Retailers: The system works exactly as above but we would recommend that you use your mobile phone to scan the card/code.

Is there a joining fee to join the Programme?

Yes there is a one-off joining fee to join.

Lite package – £100 + vat

Standard package – £150 + vat (£50 will be refunded after 6 months in the programme – this is to cover us for the tablet cost)
